DD-WRT Router Login

DD-WRT Web-GUI allows you to change Wi-Fi password, Network Name (SSID), and default router settings at http://192.168.1.1.

How to login to DD-WRT router?

  1. Open a browser and type http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar.
  2. Enter the Username: root and Password: admin and click Login.
  3. You will be logged in to the DD-WRT router settings.

How to change DD-WRT Wi-Fi Password and Network Name?

  1. Log in to the router’s web interface.
  2. Select Wireless > Basic Settings.
  3. Enter the Wi-Fi Network Name in the Wireless Network Name (SSID) field and click Apply Settings.
  4. Select Wireless > Wireless Security.
  5. Enter the Wi-Fi Password in the WPA Shared Key field and click Apply Settings.
