Samsung Router Login

Samsung SmartThings app allows you to change Wi-Fi password, Network Name (SSID), and default router settings.

How to login to Samsung router?

Note: Samsung routers currently do not support network settings via SmartThings Web at my.smartthings.com. To change any default settings, you need to install the Samsung SmartThings mobile app on Android or iOS.

  1. Install the SmartThings app from Google Play or Apple App Store.
  2. Create a Samsung account or Sign in with your registered email.
  3. You will be logged in to the Samsung router.

How to change Samsung Wi-Fi Password and Network Name?

  1. Open the SmartThings mobile app.
  2. Tap Devices from the menu (three horizontal lines).
  3. Select your Wi-Fi Hub device. (If you don’t want to swipe rooms left/right, click on the drop down location and select All Devices.)
  4. Tap on the 3 three vertical dots in the top right corner and tap Settings.
  5. Tap Change Wi-Fi network.
  6. Press and hold the reset button on the back of your hub until the light starts slowly blinking yellow.
  7. Click Next once your hub is flashing yellow.
  8. Scan the QR code located underneath your hub.
  9. Tap Connect.
  10. Enter the Wi-Fi name and Password in the respective fields.
  11. Tap Done to save the changes.
