Setup.ampedwireless.com is the web UI to change Wi-Fi password, Network Name (SSID), and default range extender settings at http://setup.ampedwireless.com.
How to login to Amped Wireless?
- Open a browser and type http://setup.ampedwireless.com in the address bar.
- Enter the Username: admin and Password: admin and click Log In.
- You will be logged in to the Amped Wireless settings.
If the URL fails to open try:
- Wi-Fi Range Extender: http://192.168.1.240
- Wi-Fi Access Point / Router: http://192.168.3.1 or http://192.168.80.1 or http://192.168.80.240
The IP Address is printed on a sticker on the back of the device.
How to change Amped Wireless Wi-Fi Password and Network Name (SSID)?
- Log in to the web interface.
- Select More Settings > 5.0GHz Wi-Fi Settings > Basic Settings.
- Enter the Wi-Fi Network Name in the Wireless Network ID (SSID) field and click Apply.
- Select More Settings > 5.0GHz Wi-Fi Settings > Security Settings.
- Enter the Wi-Fi Password in the Pre-Shared Key field and click Apply.
